Installing Games tutorial
This blog is to give some help to those who are new to computer and console games.
In this section I will be teaching you how to install and set up games for online play on various platforms. The platforms I will show are PC, Mobile and console
PC:
Installing and setting up a game for online play on the PC isn’t easy. This report will help you to understand how to simplify it.
To make everything simple I will use steam to be able to play games online.
Step one:
Install steam on PC or Mac.
By clicking the install button you will be taken to a page to install steam for either PC or mac. You can then make an account by following the instructions.
Step 2:
For the second step you need to find and install a game some games on the are free but most are not in this example I am installing Left 4 Dead 2 to set up for online play.
After the previous steps all you have to do is open the game and you are connected as long as you have internet connection.
The Controller i used to play this game is the steam controller which comes with a lot of configuration options, to configure this device you need to open steam big picture mode. (the controller icon at the top right).
When the big picture mode comes click settings in the top right and then configurations there you can configure the controller how you want. Though i recommend not changing anything as the controller is automatically configured for most games.
