The android TV allows customization of the UI and can be controlled by voice commands, motion remote sensor and a games controller. Android TV is basically a different version of android made especially for big televisions in the living room. The software makes changing settings more conveniently and gives a huge marketplace called the play store which has apps, books, songs and movies.

Gaming:
The Android TV OS has tons of fun games in the play store that can be bought usually for less than a pound, the performace is based on the device (usually a TV). There are also many games that are free to play which not many other platforms include. The Performance of the games is based on the processor and GPU of the TV but theyre generally powerful especially on the 4k ones. The operating system supports mouse, keyboard and controller input for gameplay and has multiplay on alot of the applications.

Limitations:
The Android system has alot of limitations because it is meant for mobile use. The game library may be vast but doesnt include many serious games like the other gaming platforms. Many of the games are free but alot of them have features locked behind paywalls and have timers that can be negated with money, this style of games are extremely addictive and can spawn a mini blackhole in your pocket sucking all of your money.

Future Developments
To improve Android TV in future developments i would recommend adding some of these following features: The Android TV should include touchscreen controls this would be great if you lost the remote for the tv yet you want to change the volume, just walk up to your tv and swipe upto increase the volume and swipe down to decrease it, alternatively you could include voice and motion gestures to control things with the tv like saying for example, "TV Turn up the volume" or "TV Switch to HDMI 3".
